This website is maintained by FIOOCHI FRESH FOODS you just register in our website www.fioochi.com with the follwing details like name/email/mobile/address. we cannot be held responsible for the entering of incorrect information like name, email, mobile and address.
You cannot order the meat products until unless the mobile number need to be confirmed with OTP by Fioochi, Once you have placed an order on the website/app we will confirm your order by sending an email/sms. You can see your order in your My account->orders list. A legally binding contract will only arise once we have completed delivery of the products to you.
Once you place the order you have being 20 minutes time to cancel your order before dispatch your order delivery. we may charge you if we not recived the confirmation the cancelling order from customer by email / mobile. Any cancellation must be sent to us by email to support@fioochi.com or call us 93813 05214 within the 15 minutes after confirm your order. Where you order products that are unavailable or damaged for any reason, we shall notify you and we will send a replacement your order, or organize a full refund the payment within two working days.
The price of the products will be change based on regular market prices. We are not charging any delivery charges.
We will always happy to deliver your order within the delivery slot requested by customer at the time you place your order. Sometimes if extreme weather conditions, may occasionally mean we are unable to deliver your products at the time agreed. In these conditions, we will contact you as early as possible to rearrange the delivery time.
We shall not be liable for products once they have been delivered to the address or secure place stated in your order. check the product before leave the delivery perosn, if you found any damaged product fell free to call and infrom about the product and we will replace the product.
